Royal Recognition

We were honoured to attend the 10th Anniversary Celebrations of the Princess Royal Training Award, and even more honoured to be recognised as an award recipient for our commitment to learning and development.
Our Managing Director, Yvonne Clarke, Director of Operations, Mark Franklin, and our longest-serving employee, Alan Welch from the Be Well Manchester team, were proud to represent Pathways CIC and accept the award from HRH The Princess Royal, Princess Anne, at a wonderful London ceremony.
This national recognition celebrates organisations that place people, growth and development at the heart of what they do and to be recognised alongside such inspiring organisations is truly special

Yvonne Clarke MBE, Managing Director of Pathways CIC, said:

“We are immensely proud that the PCTA’s Work and Health Training has been recognised with the Princess Royal Training Award. This achievement reflects the dedication and passion of our team, who work tirelessly to support individuals and communities to thrive. It highlights not only the excellence of our training but also its wider impact on health, employment and wellbeing. It is wonderful to see our innovative approach acknowledged on a national stage.”
