We are excited to announce that Pathways CIC are in the early stages of planning a Randomised Control Trial (RCT) which focuses on the intersection of work and health for people with health conditions.

This research aims to better understand the impact of workplace interventions on employee well-being and productivity for those employees who have health conditions.

The research could be across a number of european community partners.

We are currently seeking an academic partner who shares our passion for advancing knowledge in this area. Our ideal collaborator would have expertise in RCT design, occupational health and wellbeing, or related fields, and a track record of impactful research.

We believe that a strong academic partnership will enhance the quality and credibility of our study, and ultimately, its potential to drive positive change in workplaces.

If you, or someone you know, is involved in academic research in this domain, or if you have any insights or recommendations, please feel free to reach out via LinkedIn messaging or email at yvonne.clarke@pathwayscic.co.uk. Your support, introductions, and suggestions are highly appreciated. Thank you for your support in advance!
