Pathways CIC is proud to be working in partnership with Manchester Digital to deliver Grad Recharge,  a fully funded 16-week programme designed to support STEM graduates across Manchester.

The programme has been created for graduates who may be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of their next steps after completing a STEM degree. Grad Recharge provides practical tools, tailored support, and real opportunities to help graduates progress into meaningful work.

What the programme offers:

  • Digital skills training (including GenAI, data, and marketing)

  • Confidence coaching and one-to-one support

  • Mental health and wellbeing support

  • Workplace experience and job preparation

  • Employer networking and career advice

Funded by the UK Government and Greater Manchester Combined Authority, Grad Recharge is part of the Economic Activity Trailblazer Programme.

By combining skills development with confidence building and wellbeing support, this initiative offers a fresh pathway for graduates to recharge their careers and take their next step with clarity and purpose.
