Swishing is the new ethical way of shopping. It enables you to get rid of the items you no longer want, expand your wardrobe without spending too much money. Basically, swishing is clothes swapping or recycling. You dig out all those trousers, skirts, shoes, jeans and Tshirts etc that you don’t want and swap them for other clothes and shoes.
Where do we come in?
Pathways CIC seeks to reduce inequalities through employment. All monies raised through our swishing parties will be used to support those in our communities that our society has left behind. Every £200 raised will enable a person with multiple barriers including lone parents, military veterans, people with physical disabilities and mental health problems to be employed for a week.
If you would like to attend a swishing party, information of upcoming parties held by Pathways CIC will be updated in our news section of the website, however if you would like to hold your own swishing party please email info@pathwayscic.co.uk to arrange.
