Pathways CIC is now an IOSH accredited training provider and is offering nationally current health and safety training to both employers and employees.
IOSH is the chartered body for health and safety, with more than 39,000 individual members; they are officially the biggest professional health and safety organisation in the world.
Pathways CIC will be delivering specified training in Working Safely and Managing safely, offering those who take part a national recognised qualification upon completion.
The training courses we offer are both in-house and at clients venue if preferred. The course use a very interactive stance to enable all staff to contribute to all health and safety processes in the workplace and to ensure they understand their individual responsibilities.
Courses we offer:
Managing safely:- is aimed at managers and supervisors to understand their roles and responsibilities in the work place. The course approximately takes 5 days to complete with the full course syllabus completed within 4 days, with the final day including a revision session and assessment based on multiple choice.
Managing safely, day refresher:- aimed at those managers or supervisors that have undertaken a IOSH managing safely training course in that last three years and are in need of a refresher to update health and safety policies and procedures.
Working safely:- is aimed at employee’s to understand health and safety policies and procedures in the workplace. This training course takes approximately 6 hours to complete.
