Our mission

The mission of Pathways is to bring about sustainable, high impact, social change. This will be achieved through community engagement and empowering health and social care employers to have a stake in ensuring the ‘employability’ and relevant skills of those entering the workforce for the first time, or those currently excluded from the labour market.

Pathways is committed, via 'The Pathways Experience' – in developing programmes, to bring about social change by enabling all beneficiaries to receive positive outcomes in:

• Enabling long term unemployed candidates access to develop 'employability' skills and move on positively into employment, education and training.
• Enabling young people aged 14-16 to have the desire to make a full contribution to society, and a commitment to continued learning throughout life.
• Share learning across partner organisations
